Dissecting the parieto-frontal correlates of fluid intelligence: A comprehensive ALE meta-analysis study

Maps are in nifti .nii format. The compressed folder includes maps obtained applying a cluster-based correction (p < 0.05, 1000 permutations). Details on the analysis are available in the original publication. Each folder includes two maps in MNI space

  1. An ALE map of significant foci (e.g. Gf_net.nii)
  2. A map of significant clusters (e.g. Gf_net_clust.nii)

Six different maps are available, reporting significant foci for:

  • The overall gf network (Gf_net)
  • Experiments involving verbal (Gf_Verbal)
  • Experiments involving visuospatial (Gf_VisuoSpatial) stimuli
  • Gigher complexity trials (Gf_complexity)
  • Experiments addressing Rule Inference (Gf_RuleInference)
  • Rule Application (Gf_RuleApplication) processing stages

Folders also include an Excel spreadsheet reporting coordinates for each cluster identified in the analysis, their volume and anatomical labeling.
