Sidney R. Baer, Jr. Foundation Fellowship in the Clinical Neurosciences

The department of Neurology and the Berenson-Allen Center for Noninvasive Brain Stimulation at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC), and Harvard Medical School (HMS) are seeking a clinical fellow with training in neurology or psychiatry. Applicants must be committed to working across these two disciplines, and conduct a feasible and potentially impactful translational research project.

The Sidney R. Baer, Jr. Foundation Fellowship in Clinical Neurosciences is a joint effort between the neurology and psychiatry departments at BIDMC, designed as a two-year fellowship including both clinical and research mentoring and training. Fellows will be matched with two mentors: one from the psychiatry faculty, and one from the neurology faculty at Harvard Medical School. Seed funding and appropriate mentoring and support from the Harvard community will be provided for the research project. Candidates must have independent research goals and clinical interests. Board Certification or eligibility in Neurology or Psychiatry is desirable.
